About This Place

Faicco's Pork Store, nestled in the heart of Brooklyn at 6511 11th Ave, is far more than your typical butcher shop—it's a cherished institution that has been delighting both locals and visitors for decades. Specializing in high-quality Italian-style pork products and traditional cold cuts, this iconic shop offers a unique taste of authentic Italian flavors with a genuine Brooklyn soul.

Step inside Faicco’s and you’ll immediately sense the old-world charm and enduring passion for quality that defines this establishment. Longtime patrons like Lionel Sanabria swear by their burger meat: perfectly ground with just the right fat content to create juicy, bursting-with-flavor burgers that never disappoint. But it’s not just about burgers here—the homemade sausages, available in both sweet and hot varieties, are a standout favorite, embodying that perfect balance of seasoning and texture that makes each bite memorable.

With over 45 years of service, Faicco’s is known for its extensive selection of Italian imported products such as mortadella, prosciutto, and a variety of traditional sausages. Customer NVA FLEAMARKET praises the shop’s attention to detail, noting how the knowledgeable employees expertly cut cold cuts and cheeses to perfection, elevating every purchase to an experience rather than a mere transaction. This commitment to craftsmanship and excellent service truly sets Faicco’s apart.

One cannot speak of Faicco’s without mentioning their legendary Italian sandwiches and other prepared specialties. According to Diane Schmale, the stromboli here is considered the best by her Italian friend who grew up in the neighborhood, complemented perfectly by their fantastic rice balls. These offerings continue the tradition of creating comforting, robust flavors that transport you straight to Italy without ever leaving Brooklyn.

For Ana DeBonis, Faicco's feels like a time capsule of authentic Italian culinary heritage, delivering artisanal sausages and fresh pork cuts with impeccable flavor and true craftsmanship. The clean, friendly atmosphere and the steady lines that spill out the door during holiday seasons, as noted by Patrick Annunziata, speak volumes about the unmatched reputation Faicco’s has built for quality and community connection.

Whether you're seeking the freshest pork, expertly crafted sausages, or a nostalgic bite of Italy, Faicco's Pork Store provides an unrivaled experience that celebrates tradition, flavor, and neighborhood pride. It’s truly a Brooklyn gem where every visit feels like coming home.

Faicco’s Pork Store is hands-down my go-to spot for quality meats — they never disappoint. I always come here specifically for their burger meat, and it’s honestly some of the best you’ll find anywhere. It's perfectly ground, super fresh, and has just the right amount of fat for a juicy, flavorful burger every time. On top of that, I always grab a pack of their homemade sausages — both sweet and hot. The seasoning is spot on, and the quality is always consistent. Whether I’m grilling or tossing them in a pasta dish, they hit every time. One of the little touches I really appreciate is the slice of cheese they offer for the burgers — it’s simple, but it makes a difference. It shows they think about the full experience, not just the raw product. The staff is friendly, the place has that classic old-school butcher vibe, and the prices are fair for the quality you’re getting. If you’re serious about cooking with top-tier ingredients, Faicco’s is a must-visit.

Been going to tgem for over 45 years hands down the best Italian sandwiches cold cuts supplies etc. Expensive but worth every penny. Many products imported from Italy such as mortedella prusuto home made sausage sweet or hot. They run the gambit of items. The employees are amazing they can cut cold cuts and cheese so you can read the times thru it. Just the best period

The greatest, cleanest establishment that has been a neighborhood favorite for decades. Always lines out the door during holiday seasons, it's that good.

I make my Sunday tomato sauce with their ribs and sausage slowly cooked for a couple of hours. It's incredibly delicious. Love these Italian Pork stores. I know the neighborhood has changed a lot and there aren't as many Italians around but if you're not Italian don't be intimidated, come on in and enjoy quality food.

Exactly what they say they are! Amazing pork selection and sandwiches. Everyone was extremely nice. Bought two sandwiches and saved one of them for home. Opened it seven hours later and it was simply amazing! Next to the cheese shop and great bakeries close by as well. Worthy of the Trip! Don’t miss this one.

The best sausage as usual. Only place to go. Although the prosciutto balls aren't the same as they used to be. The cheese and parsley rings are the best you can get
